My name is Jan.

We all at some time in our lives will experience events and traumas that leave a mark, will make decisions we regret or will feel that we are simply not enough in our relationships, at work and in the world we exist in.

I trained and qualified as a person-centred counsellor to be there for others when they need help at such a time. I believe from both experience and training that counselling can provide life-changing turning points for recovery, growth and well-being for our whole person. To be part of that in the life of another for me is both a privilege and a rewarding challenge.

The first step to find out more will be to meet online (or on the phone) so that we can discuss what you are looking for from counselling, and also so you can feel comfortable that I might be the right counsellor to travel with you on the journey that lies ahead.
